Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

A format for the notice calling the annual general meeting of the society.

Fill in the details
Leave blank space at the top if you print on pre-printed letterhead paper. Society name and address are then left out.
Things to check before you send it
  • Check the notice period and quorum rules in your bye-laws and send the notice in time.
  • Attach the audited accounts and the previous minutes if your bye-laws require it.
