No dues certificate

A certificate stating that a member has no pending dues to the society.

Fill in the details
Leave blank space at the top if you print on pre-printed letterhead paper. Society name and address are then left out.

  • Check the ledger for the member before signing.
  • Mention the date up to which dues are cleared.
