NOC for home loan or mortgage

A format for a society NOC supporting a member's home loan or mortgage on their flat.

Fill in the details
Leave blank space at the top if you print on pre-printed letterhead paper. Society name and address are then left out.
Things to check before you send it
  • Banks often have their own NOC format. Ask the bank and adjust the wording if needed.
  • Check that the member has no pending dues before issuing.
Frequently asked questions
Does the society become liable for the member's loan?

No. The NOC only records that the society has no objection to the mortgage. The loan is between the member and the bank.
