A format for permission and conditions for interior or renovation work inside a flat.

Leave blank space at the top if you print on pre-printed letterhead paper. Society name and address are then left out.

  • Add timing and noise rules to the letter if you have them in your house rules.
  • For major work, ask for an engineer's opinion before giving permission.
