NOC for letting a flat on leave and licence

A format for a society NOC when a member lets their flat to a tenant or licensee.

Fill in the details
Leave blank space at the top if you print on pre-printed letterhead paper. Society name and address are then left out.
Things to check before you send it
  • Collect the tenant's ID proof and a copy of the registered agreement for the society records.
  • Check whether your society charges a tenant or non-occupancy fee under its bye-laws.
